1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ReviewKing you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorised to enter into a binding contract, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using ReviewKing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ReviewKing provides a web-based dashboard that allows business owners to send WhatsApp messages containing Google review links to their customers. The service includes account management, review request logging, and WhatsApp device integration. Features may change over time; we will notify you of material changes.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at support@reviewking.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One account may be used for one business location only unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be paused and sending will be disabled.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Monthly plan (₹249/month): Charged automatically each month on the date you subscribe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Yearly bundle (₹999 one-time): A single payment grants multi-year access to the service for one business location, including all future updates.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

6. WhatsApp Usage

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ReviewKing complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. In particular, you agree:

• To send messages only to customers who have a legitimate relationship with your business and have shared their phone number with you.
• Not to use ReviewKing for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or any purpose that violates WhatsApp's policies.
• To take responsibility if WhatsApp restricts or bans your number due to your messaging behaviour.

7. Third-Party WhatsApp Integration — Personal Number Connection

ReviewKing offers a "Personal Number Connection" feature that allows you to link your personal or WhatsApp Business App number to our platform to send review requests. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

• Unofficial integration. This feature operates through a WhatsApp Web-based connection method that is not part of WhatsApp's official Business API and is not authorised or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC. Use of this feature may be inconsistent with WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
• Risk of account suspension. WhatsApp may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any phone number it determines is being used with automated or third-party messaging tools. ReviewKing cannot prevent such action and provides no guarantee that your number will remain unrestricted.
• No liability for number bans. ReviewKing and Mindfulmalabar Ventures shall not be liable for any suspension, restriction, or permanent ban of your WhatsApp number by Meta or WhatsApp, or for any resulting loss of contacts, message history, business communications, or revenue — whether direct, indirect, or consequential.
• Service continuity not guaranteed. This feature depends on WhatsApp's infrastructure and protocols, which may change at any time without notice. ReviewKing accepts no liability if this feature becomes unavailable due to changes on WhatsApp's end.
• Voluntary assumption of risk. By connecting your number, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with this integration. You agree to indemnify and hold ReviewKing and Mindfulmalabar Ventures harmless from any claims, losses, penalties, or damages — including third-party claims — arising from the suspension or restriction of your WhatsApp account.
• Daily message limits. ReviewKing automatically applies a daily sending limit per account as a precautionary measure. These limits reduce but do not eliminate the risk of account restriction and do not constitute a warranty of any kind.
• Official alternative. ReviewKing also offers messaging via an official WhatsApp Business API channel and SMS, which carry no risk of WhatsApp number suspension. We recommend these options if uninterrupted, policy-compliant messaging is important to your business.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ReviewKing for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.
• Create fake Google reviews or encourage inauthentic review activity.
• Resell or sublicense access to ReviewKing without our prior written consent.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or deceive any individual.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and trademarks associated with ReviewKing are the property of ReviewKing and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for the purpose described in these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

ReviewKing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every WhatsApp message will be delivered. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp's infrastructure and the recipient's device availability, which are outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewKing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or third parties. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a dashboard notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
