Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new ReviewKing account receives a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card or payment is required to start the trial. If you choose not to subscribe at the end of the trial period, your account will be paused automatically — you will not be charged anything.

2. Monthly Plan — Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us at support@reviewking.in.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the service until then.
• Monthly payments are non-refundable once processed. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
• No cancellation fee is charged. You will never be locked into a subscription you no longer need.

3. Lifetime Plan — Refund Policy

The Lifetime Access plan is a one-time payment of ₹999.

• If the service does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
• Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be entertained, except where required by applicable law.
• Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind, no longer need the service, or have sent review requests during the refund window.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

1. Email us at support@reviewking.in from your registered email address.
2. Include your account name and reason for the refund or cancellation request.
3. For refunds, we may ask you to describe the issue you encountered and confirm you have not used the service for sending requests.
4. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to grant refunds outside the above policy at our discretion for exceptional circumstances — for example, a significant service outage during your billing period. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may raise a dispute through your payment provider or Razorpay. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly without escalation.
